Steve spoke to the Hobbs Municipal School’s Coaching Staff where there is an approximate 50 year generational gap from our youngest coach to our oldest coach. He passionately delivered insights that were applicable to all coaches in dealing with this generation of kids/athletes. His integration of the Gold Standard principles were right on target and the breath of fresh air of encouragement was exactly what we needed to hear in preparation for a new season and school year.
