Steve presented his 'Generations in the Workplace' session to open the first ever NM Counties Finance/Purchasing Affiliate Conference which brought together local government leaders from across New Mexico. The session was exactly what was needed to energize the group and set the tone for a productive conference. Steve was engaging, entertaining, relatable, and willing to share his knowledge of concepts often overlooked but so important to the success of any relationship. Conference attendees stayed glued to their chairs -not one bathroom break or phone call was taken- and continued to talk fondly about the experience throughout the conference.
