Steve Sauceda's presentation regarding how we as leaders participate, mentor, coach, and interact with our multigenerational workforce was both eye opening and appealing.  It was a lesson in both how to lead staff and how to 'fit in' to the mix of employees.  Steve has an incredible knack for understanding how to teach adult learners,  We all learned valuable lessons that we will use long into the future.  Thank you Steve, for your insight and your energy.
