Steve came in after a five-year hiatus to speak to a city staff that had been gutted by turmoil and turnover.  Rather than come across as a motivational speaker, he connected with our employees using realistic examples and truisms  about leadership which really resonated with us.  I have never seen a speaker at one of our events keep an audience as engaged as Steve did.
